Trails in this National Forest are diverse and have been selected and maintained for our enjoyment. It's important to note that the desert is a very fragile environment and staying on the trails is imperative. Always be aware of the plant life, and the natural habitat of the desert creatures. Please don't litter. Carry out what you bring in. Better yet, if you see any litter, pick it up.
Be courteous to other riders; if they need assistance lend a hand. The desert sun and heat is something to respect. Should you come across a fellow biker, lend a hand and help them repair a bike and get on the move again. Walking a disabled bike back out three miles is far worse than being able to ride back out.
Follow these tips and you'll be on your way to an incredibly memorable experience here in Sedona. You won't regret a moment!
