Sedona, AZ: The Sedona real estate market continues to show signs of recovery with an increase of sales by 23 percent since 2008. And the better news is that pending homes sales are up by whooping 150 percent. Smart buyers are taking advantage of the low prices caused by the foreclosure and short sale market which has driven the median sold price down 21 percent to $429,000. It's obviously true since our Sedona home inventory has dropped by 23 percent.

All in all, the real estate market shows signs that a recovery is in sight. Indications are that we are slowly climbing out for buyers who have been waiting for the bottom - so now would be a great time to buy. With interest rates low we will continue to see the savvy buyer's take advantage of this golden opportunity. You could be one of them.
