Sedona, AZ: The Hilton Sedona Resort and Spa and Sedona Village Creative Initiative Community have partnered to host the next Magical Journey event. The event will be held poolside at Hilton Sedona’s Cascades Pool on Thursday, June 25, from 6 to 9 p.m., and will feature a lavish dinner buffet, live music, dancing, giveaways, and fun activities.
Guests are invited to enjoy flavors from around the Caribbean in an elaborate and authentic dinner buffet. The buffet will feature cool flavors of indigenous island fruits and greens; Cuban style whole roasted pig served on the traditional banana leaf with black beans and rice; Puerto Rican seafood stews with shrimp, cherry clams and blue mussels and tender sea scallops; roasted Jamaican jerk chicken topped with fresh lime, grilled pineapples and tender, fried plantains.
