Sedona, AZ: Pink Jeep Tours is sponsoring a child from Arizona with a life threatening illness to attend an original Hole in the Wall Gang Camp founded by actor/director, Paul Newman.
Camp Soaring Eagle, a not for profit 501(c)(3) organization, is building such a camp in Sedona. Until the camp is finished, it is providing scholarships and sponsorships for Arizona children to attend another Hole in the Wall Gang Camp in the U.S.
The camps provide opportunities for children aged 5 to 15 suffering from congenital immunodeficiency, hereditary neuromuscular conditions and teenagers diagnosed with cancer to share unforgettable days with other campers surrounded by supporting loving counselors.
“In line with Pink Jeep Tours’ mission to youth and families, these camps provide more fun than imaginable in a safe magical place,” said Shawn Wendell, owner of Pink Jeep Tours. “Through this sponsorship, we are able to give a child memories of a lifetime.”
Pink Jeep Tours’ sponsorship provides the camping experience completely free of charge to the campers and their families, including all travel expenses, insurance and camp apparel.

I would like to thank Pink Jeep Tours and all of the people who have helped sponsor 20 Children to be able to help provide the healing power of laughter and the sheer joy of play, that sickness has too long denied them, by providing a camping experiences filled with excitement, challenge and fun in a medically safe setting. —Rick James
