The Weather Channel Features Pink Jeep Tours in Sedona Arizona

Sedona, AZ:  An adventure destination for Spring Break travelers, Sedona’s Pink Jeep Tours was filmed by The Weather Channel recently as part of its “Why I Love Spring” special.

The Weather Channel’s on-camera meteorologist Mike Bettes went for a ride with Pink Jeep Tours guide Ken Webb.

“Spring is the big season here. The temperatures are mild and it's right before it starts getting hot in the summer,” said Bettes. “There are tons of things to do here…my personal favorite, the Pink Jeep Tours. They take you places you can't see on your own. Well worth it!”

A televised and online source for local and national weather, The Weather Channel segment on Sedona discussed the geography and natural environment of the area, including the water filtering system of the sandstone red rocks.

The Weather Channel video segment can be viewed at the following link: http://www.weather.com/multimedia/videoplayer.html?from=email&bcpid=823503751&bclid=17197593001&bctid=17205393001.

Pink Jeep Tours, the premier adventure tour company of Northern Arizona, was founded in 1960 and has its corporate headquarters in Sedona, Arizona. It serves visitors from around the world with a corporate fleet of 65 vehicles and is the only Jeep tour company with guide trainers certified by the National Association for Interpretation on its staff.
