Sedona AZ: One of Sedona’s favorite performers, Tom Tayback and the Daddy O’s take their Golden Oldies Review on the road, from the Wild Horse Pass Casino Lounge in Chandler to the Dragonfly Lounge at Cliff Castle Casino in Camp Verde. The band brings back the nostalgic sounds of the 50s, 60s and 70s rock and roll in a show that’s all about having fun and audiences rave about.
Not an everyday band, the Daddy O’s include trivia and comedy in the act as well as audience interaction with sing-a-longs, Do(ing) the Twist, an occasional Hula Hoop and Paddle Ball exhibition, and more. This is a performance that fills the air with memories, lots of laughter and sometimes a tear.
According to Tayback, “That’s what Rock ‘n Roll is all about,” and the reason the show is recognized as some of the best entertainment in the southwest.
Upcoming performances include the Wild Horse Pass Casino Lounge in Chandler, on September 27, from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. The Daddy O’s are returning to Cliff Castle Casino’s Dragonfly Lounge on Friday and Saturday, October 3-4, from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. No cover charge applies.
The Golden Oldies Review reminds audiences of the good old days — the days of Juke Boxes and 45 records, soda shops and sock hops in the gym, Alan Freed and his traveling Rock n’ Roll Review. Tom Tayback and the Daddy O’s are a true blast from the past. Dance it up, or just sit back and remember. It’s all about Rock ‘n Roll Gold!
