Nightlife Sedona Presents The Midnite Blues in Sedona Arizona

Midnite Blues Will Perform At Relics Restaurant In Sedona ArizonaSedona, AZ: Dancers wipe the dust off those dance shoes and get ready!  Nightlife Sedona presents its second “Dancing in the Moonlight” event featuring West Coast Swing.  The ever-popular Midnite Blues Band from Phoenix will bring their toe tapping repertoire of the best dance songs that West Coast Swing stylists demand on Saturday, October 25, at Relics Restaurant and Nightclub in West Sedona from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. This is an exciting event for both locals and tourists alike since these kinds of dance parties are hard to find in the area.

Jimmy Peyton’s Midnite Blues has performed in the Southwest
for the past 30 years for events such as the Phoenix Suns half time at the America West Arena, various jazz and blues festivals around the state of Arizona, and Alice Coopers Town Concert Series: Blues For the City. The band was the house band at the 26th Street Blues Club in Phoenix for most of the past three years.

Midnite Blues is well known to the West Coast Swing Dancing
crowd in Arizona and always draws a great audience.  Tears were shed at their last performance at the 26th Street Blues as regular patrons bid farewell to the band following their long run at the establishment.  The group was also inducted into the Arizona Blues Hall of fame in 1997.  What a great treat to the Sedona area and well worth the ticket price.  Learn more about the Midnite Blue and hear their music at www.midnitebluesaz.com.

Relics Restaurant and Nightclub sports a sizeable, wooden floor
conducive to dance that no one else in town has to offer.  The sound system and lighting create a stage and sound that beckon to the audience to get up and let that inner Fred Astaire or Ginger Rogers out!  The lovely décor featuring an ample display of unique antiques, many for sale, is warm and comfortable.  Those who desire dinner along with dancing have a varied menu to choose from ranging from generous salads and fresh seafood to barbequed chicken, succulent pork ribs and Relics’ signature prime rib.  There is a spacious outdoor patio with a fireplace to catch your breath, see the stars and enjoy a cocktail, and a full separate bar inside for those who would like to relax a little before the big event.

Nightlife Sedona is a new production/promotional company
dedicated to bringing quality entertainment to various venues in town.  Founded by two long time locals who came from the world of movies, television, radio and theater and accented by their experience in the restaurant business, this new venture has brought an excitement to nightlife in the red rocks.  Whether it is their cowboy musical dinner theater Up The Trail featured every Thursday and Friday night at Relics or special events such as Dancing in the Moonlight, Nightlife Sedona is diligently working to keep entertainment affordable, fresh and top notch.
