Event organizers Shondra Jepperson (L) and Al Comello (R) with former Sedona mayer, Pud Colquitt.
The event will be funded by sponsorships and booth rentals. Continuing efforts are underway to solicit support from Sedona companies, non-profits, service clubs, and individuals to sign up as sponsors. Information on sponsorships can be found on the event website.
“It is critical we have support for this effort to re-create a sense of community in Sedona with this festival,” said Colquitt. “Let’s all participate in the re-birth of “small town Sedona.”
Upwards of 30 booths will be set up to allow Sedona chamber members, non-profit organizations, and service clubs to rent to promote their organization, sell food and other items, hold a raffle, or play games.
Shondra Jepperson and Al Comello will produce the event that will be officially managed by Sedona Fair, Inc., a new, non-profit organization currently being formed to encourage and foster community-oriented events such as the Sedona Community Fair.
All those interested may email Shondra and Al at event@sedonafair.com or call 928-862-0210. Or visit www.SedonaFair.com for event information.
