Sedona Film Festival Presents The Messenger

November 10th: Critics and audiences around the world have raved about The Messenger which made its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival. Ben Foster and Woody Harrelson star in this compelling, powerful new drama which premieres in Sedona on Tuesday. There will be two screenings of the film at 4 and 7 p.m., at Harkins Sedona Six Theatres. Sedona Heritage Museum to Celebrate Veteran's Day

December 4th - 13th: Made in Clarkdale is the annual celebration of the arts in Clarkdale, currently celebrating its 23rd year. The Gala Opening is on Friday, December 4, 6-9 p.m. In performance are the Janice Paul Quartet and Blue Dragon Belly Dance.

Festival of Lights at Tlaquepaque

December 11th - 12th: December in Sedona is a magical time. Especially at the beautiful Mexican-style village that is the Art and Soul of Sedona- Tlaquepaque. It's hard to describe what it feels like to be in the midst of 6,000 golden-hued luminarias that punctuate every wall, balcony, patio, and cobbled stone walkway in the arts village.

Sedona Heritage Museum Features Aprons, Aprons, Aprons

Through January 15th: The Sedona Heritage Museum announces its newest temporary exhibit Aprons, Aprons, Aprons. Aprons tell a story about women's lives and roles since they were almost exclusively handmade and worn by women in their homes every day. This display features aprons from about 1900 to the 1960s and ranges from fancy tea aprons to very utilitarian 'allover' aprons.
