Sedona Meditation Training Company - February Classes
Sedona Meditation Training Company - February Classes
Meditation is known as the perfect antidote for stress, and it helps people to return to health, rediscover a sense of peace, and bring balance back into their lives.

Some people learn to meditate because they are dealing with a health issue, some are dealing with emotional turmoil, and others learn as a part of their spiritual path. No matter why you want to learn to meditate, you’ll fully enjoy yourself in any of classes that Sedona Meditation Training Company offers.

For some, meditation is a daily practice,
but for others it can seem impossible to quiet their minds. Meditation can be practiced by anyone, even those who say, “I can’t stop thinking.”

There is no need for any prior meditation experience, no need to change one’s beliefs, one’s religion, and no need to stop thinking. All one needs to learn is the willingness to give it a try.

Course participants are personally instructed in a powerful, universal meditation technique that they can practice every day, wherever they are. All your questions will be answered, and you’ll leave with an easy way to integrate meditation into your life.

CLASSES OFFERED:

The Everyday Meditation program is a 2.5 hour class offered in a private serene, setting in Sedona’s red rocks. You can take this with others, or set up a private instruction. Perfect for beginners to learn to meditate or anyone who wants to get back on track with meditation. You'll see how easy it is to use a silent mantra and breath meditation, a technique so effective and universal that you can use it for the rest of your life. You don’t need any prerequisites to join this meditation class. And you'll leave with your own personal practice. Read more about the Meditation for Beginners' program. From $145.

Learn The Primordial Sound Meditation technique, Deepak Chopra’s popular meditation technique – in an all day program.  Get your own personal mantra chosen for you based on the location and time of your birth – which you’ll use as a vehicle to experience deeper states of awareness. This technique has been rediscovered and revitalized from the ancient wisdom traditions Read more about the Primordial Sound Meditation Technique.  From $375.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:

Let director Sarah McLean, one of the founding directors of the Chopra Center in California, and her team of certified trainers demystify meditation for you at one of the classes or retreats in Sedona or call them for a private appointment.

— Meditation instructor Sarah McLean is "an inspirational and dynamic teacher," says Phoenix Woman magazine.

Featured in the New York Times and recognized as the face of mainstream meditation, Sarah McLean, director of the Sedona Meditation Training Company, has been meditating for 19 years.

Her experience is vast - she was the founding education director of Deepak Chopra's mind-body health center, and has worked with Byron Katie, and Seat of the Soul author, Gary Zukav. She was even a medic in the US Army treating soldiers for post-traumatic stress disorder.

Sarah has explored world spiritual and cultural traditions: she's been a 2-year resident in a Zen Buddhist monastery, lived in an ashram in India, taught English to Tibetan Buddhist nuns, bicycled along the silk route through Pakistan, and trekked the golden triangle in Asia.

She’s regularly seen on morning television in Arizona: Sonoran Living, AZ Family’s Your Life A – Z, and AZ TV’s AM Arizona.
