Sedona Film Festival Presents Critically Acclaimed Food, Inc.
August 11th: "Food, Inc." ¡ª the award-winning, critically-acclaimed film that is taking the nation by storm ¡ª debuts in Arizona on Tuesday. The Sedona International Film Festival is proud to present the Arizona premiere of this powerful and timely documentary as the fifth film in its seven-week "Best of Fest" series. There will be two screenings of the film at Harkins Sedona Six Theatres at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. |
Paint the Parks 2009 Exhibit at Historic Kolb Studio
Through September 7th: The annual Paint the Parks competition and tour are sponsored by the nonprofit PaintAmerica Association and is America's leading program designed to illustrate the beauty and significance of America's national parks. |

August 11th - 13th: The highlight in August is the Perseids Meteor Shower on August 12. The shower is best seen late evening/early morning before the moon rises high in the sky. Although during the monsoon season, we can only hope Mother Nature will cooperate and allow us to enjoy the shower. |
