Uptown Sedona Celebrates National Day of the Cowboy
National Day of the Cowboy Celebration in Uptown Sedona is a FREE community event on Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., in the Main Street District along State Route 89A and Jordan Road.
Come enjoy “a whole lot of cowboy goin’s on” in the midst of red rock country. It all begins with a Cowboy Parade down Jordan Road. Gunfights start at High Noon as part of non-stop live performances at Cowboy Plaza, including a champion gunslinger and a champion trick roper! Along Main Street sidewalks and plazas you’ll find live western music, cowboy artists, and western trades and crafts demonstrations. You can even try your hand at riding a mechanical bull.
Wear your western finery and compete in the Spirit of the West Outfit Contest. For details call 928-204-2390 or email info@sedonamainstreet.com.
