Joyoga At Sedona Rouge Hotel and Spa

Sedona Rouge Hotel and Spa is pleased to announce daily yoga classes. Classes are from 8 - 9 a.m. every day with Iala. Iala is a very experienced, professional, loving and joyful instructor. JOYOGA classes are expansive, inspiring, motivating and energizing. For the summer months classes will be held outdoors around our pool or in our Column Garden. Classes are $10 each. We encourage locals to join and have a special package rate of 10 classes for $80. Please meet Iala in the lobby. For more information call Iala at 928 274-1323.
