Through  February 17th: When she was a child, fascinating imagery literally came up out of the ground around Sally Hall's feet in the form of tantalizing remnants of "the Ancients" who had known the Grand Canyon before her. The opening reception for the exhibit is on  Tuesday, December 1, from 7 - 9 p.m., at the Kolb Studio.

January 23rd: Kelley Hayes-Gilpin presents an overview of the rock paintings and engravings of the Colorado Plateau. She'll talk about why understanding rock art in this region requires comparisons with pottery, textiles and basketry; discuss traditional histories and cosmologies of Native American communities in relation to rock art; and reveal evidence of ancient ritual practices, migrations, pilgrimages and landscapes.
