Qi Gong Grand Master Hong Lui On Mastering Miracles At Goldenstein Gallery

Goldenstein Gallery in uptown Sedona celebrates the power of the visual arts with “Chi: Art as a Healing Medium,” during November. This distinctive exhibition, coupled with a series of free talks by people who have changed the world, explores the greater healing impact of fine art on our lives. Both the speakers and the artists are all individuals who have greatly impacted the world around them though their presence. The speaking series kicks off with revered Qi Gong Grand Master Hong Lui on “Mastering Miracles.” Revered Qi Gong Master Hong Lui will be giving a free talk on “Mastering Miracles” as part of their ‘Chi: art as a healing medium exhibition. This distinctive exhibition, which takes place throughout November and is coupled with a series of free talks by people who have changed the world, explores the greater healing impact of fine art on our lives. Both the speakers and the artists are all individuals who have greatly impacted the world around them though their presence. A western-trained physician in China, researcher, and Grandmaster of Qi Gong, Master Hong came to the United States with the mission of bringing the knowledge and experience of natural healing to the West. He wrote the first book on Qi Gong, The Healing Art of Qi Gong (softcover) or Mastering Miracles (hardcover), published by Warner Books. Grand Master Hong celebrity clients include Julia Roberts and Richard Gere. Organizations that he has worked with include the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and National Cancer Institutes (NCI) researching Chinese herbs that may have significant therapeutic benefit in adjunct cancer treatment including ground breaking work with women with breast cancer. He is an adjunct professor with the University of Hawaii. The University has been a co-sponsor of Master's Asthma Humanitarian Event over the last four years and a Natural Healing Drug Rehab program for crystal methamphetamine addicts--both with encouraging results. Artist LauRha Frankfort has illustrated Master Hong’s new book, and a book signing is to follow his talk. Reservations are recommended for all of the talks. |
