Umbrella Project Hurricane Katrina Restoration Effort
October 12th, 13th, and 14th: This three day celebration of the arts will include a colorful display of over 100 umbrellas painted by kids as well as a wide variety of special events sponsored by the Hillside Merchants, including an old fashioned treasure hunt, live music, a dance troupe performance, magic and variety show, wildlife exhibits from the Heritage Zoo, art demonstrations, trunk shows, craft workshops, in-store drawings to win everything from jewelry to paintings to complete makeovers. |
